Currently, deliveries are made exclusively to the following EU countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Italy.

How can I track my orders online?
Once the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your package tracking number.
Returns questions
Is it possible to change or cancel an order after I have placed it?
Once you have sent your order, it will be processed immediately. For this reason it is no longer possible to change or cancel the order. However, you have the option and the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
