Accessibility Information
1. Provider and Scope
This accessibility information applies to the online shop operated by
Swissdigital Europe GmbH
Prinzenstr. 2a

Germany
Email: mail@swissdigital.shop

and to the electronic commerce services provided through this online shop.
2. Description of the Service
Through our online shop, we offer consumers in particular backpacks, bags, luggage as well as other lifestyle and travel products for purchase.
The respective product pages provide key information about the products offered. This may include, in particular, product descriptions, images, prices, available variants and other product characteristics.
Customers can select the desired products via the online shop, add them to the shopping cart and subsequently purchase them through the provided ordering process.
3. How the Ordering Process Works
Products can be accessed and selected via the navigation, categories and product pages of the online shop.
A desired product can be added to the shopping cart, where applicable after selecting an available variant. In the shopping cart, the selected items can be reviewed before the order is completed and, where provided, their quantity can be changed or individual items can be removed.
By using the corresponding button, the user is then taken to the checkout. There, the information required to process the order, in particular contact, delivery and payment information, is requested.
Before submitting a binding order, the essential order information is displayed again. The order becomes binding when the user activates the correspondingly labelled button.
After the order has been successfully submitted, the customer receives confirmation of receipt and/or processing of the order in accordance with the contractual provisions applicable to the online shop.
4. Accessibility Requirements
Electronic commerce services are subject to the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG) and the Ordinance to the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsverordnung – BFSGV).
The purpose of these legal requirements is to ensure that digital services are provided in such a way that people with disabilities can generally find, access and use them without particular difficulty and, in principle, without assistance from others.
When designing and further developing our online shop, we therefore take into account, in particular, requirements relating to the perceivability, operability, understandability and robustness of the digital content and functions provided.
This applies in particular to:
-
a clear and comprehensible structure and navigation of the online shop,
-
the operability of essential functions using different input methods,
-
an understandable presentation of information and interactive elements,
-
sufficient perceivability of text and essential visual content,
-
the provision of alternative text for relevant non-text content where required,
-
clear labels and information for forms and input fields,
-
understandable information in the event of input errors,
-
an accessible design of the shopping cart and ordering process, and
-
the perceivability, operability, understandability and robustness of identification, security and payment functions provided as part of the ordering process.
Accessibility requirements are taken into account on an ongoing basis in the technical and content-related development of the online shop.
5. Accessibility Information for Products Offered
Where information on the accessibility of products offered in the online shop is provided to us by the responsible economic operators and where such information is required under applicable law, we make this information available to users through our online offering.
